Chevening Scholarship

A UK Government scholarship for eligible applicants pursuing a UK master’s programme. Applications are open, and Trinidad and Tobago is listed among the available countries and territories.

Eligibility

Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.
Where applicable, reside in an ODA-eligible country and intend to support the country of award.
Commit to returning to the home country for at least two years after the scholarship ends.
Have at least two years of post-undergraduate work experience, equivalent to 2,800 hours.
Hold an undergraduate degree that qualifies the applicant for a UK master’s programme and have completed undergraduate studies at least two years before the application deadline.
Apply to three different eligible UK university courses and obtain an unconditional offer from at least one by the relevant deadline.
Meet the stated restrictions concerning British citizenship, UK residence, refugee status, employment relationships, and previous UK Government-funded study.
